Bhima fighting the nagas. ( Source ) Neat that Kunti was the only one not scared of the sage, and as such was his favorite. She spoke her mind and didn't try to bow to him. There is so much about women being impure if they are even kidnapped, but Kunti had a child and no one bats an eye. Maybe because it's with a god? 101 vats of oil, but only 100 pieces of blob and 100 children? I guess all snakes are sea snakes? The underwater kingdom of the sea snakes, Nagaloka, is a really neat setting. I could give a story from the perspective of a villager snake of Bheema's arrival, just so I could have fun with the setting. Not sure how Vasuki is related to Bheema. What does Drona want vengeance for? The whole thing surrounding Eklavya is so pretentious and classist. The Pandavas get all mad that their teacher might have taught some rando, and feel betrayed that they were not his only students. But in actuality, Drona would never teach anyone other than royalt...

Hogwarts Castle, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. ( Source ) I watched two videos about the power of storytelling. The first was " The Danger of a Single Story " which discussed how easy it is to form harmful stereotypes when we only see a single story of who people are, or how they live and act. When we only see stories of "the poor starving children of Africa", we may not realize that there are thriving metropolises, culture, diversity, or literature there. It is only by providing other stories that we can combat this. The second video I watched was " Imaginary Friends and Real-World Consequences: Parasocial Relationships ". This video explored our emotional attachment to fictional characters. It noted the similarities and differences between how we interact with fictional characters and certain real people, like politicians or celebrities. Learning Exercise: Learning by H.E.A.R.T - Deskercise

Stretching is good for the body and the soul. ( Source ) I definitely get into the habit of just kind of sitting and melting into the chair/couch/bed as I work. I got up and stretched for a bit, going through my old high school diving stretch routine. It felt really good to get moving again, and the familiarity of the steps and motions was really comforting. I might start doing this regularly, if I have the space/envirenment to do so.
